Shipping & Returns

*NOTE: Nai'a Bikinis is out of office from Aug. 3rd - Aug. 15th, 2023. Any orders placed during this timeframe will be shipped upon our return on August 16th, 2023. Mahalo for your understanding!

 

SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping and returns within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). We also ship to a limited number of countries outside the U.S. for a flat rate of either $15 or $25, depending on your location and the weight of your order. Please contact us if your country is not currently available for shipping. 

Your purchase will be shipped via USPS within 7-10 business days, and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. 

 

RETURNS

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the item has not been worn and has all original tags attached. Swimwear bottoms must have hygienic liner intact.

Free returns are available for customers within the United States. Please email us at aloha@naiabikinis.com to let us know which items you would like to return, and we will email you a free USPS return label that you can print at home. 

For international customers, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us using the postal service of your choice. However, if you decide to exchange for another size or style instead of returning for a refund, we will cover the cost of shipping out your replacement item. Please contact us at aloha@naiabikinis.com if you'd like to make an international exchange or return. 

Please place the items you wish to return (with all tags and liners still in place) into the original mailer envelope if possible. If you no longer have your original mailer, you may use another lightweight mailer. Print the generated label and affix it to the outside of the package, and mail the package at any official USPS shipping facilities.

Once we receive your return package, we will issue a refund to the card you used to make the initial purchase. The refunds typically appear on the issuing card within 7-10 business days. 

 

EXCHANGES

If you would prefer to exchange your items for a different size, color, or style, please send us an email at aloha@naiabikinis.com. We will confirm that your desired item is still in stock, and will help you to generate a free shipping label to start the exchange process. 

Once your return package is received, we will ship out your replacement items and send you a tracking number.
